Museum Paleis Het Loo is one of the most popular museums in the Netherlands. Due to changing needs, wishes and necessary maintenance, it was time for renewal, renovation and improvement! This happened because of necessary maintenance and the expansion of the visitor facilities. The renovation of the palace started in January 2018 and the opening has been celebrated in April 2023.
This project is characterized by a complex historical renovation supplemented by a new underground extension which iss one of the technical highlights of our time. During the construction, for example, the monumental building was excavated and it was kept in the air with hydraulic outriggers.
S2H supervised the installations for Paleis Het Loo. We also conducted the management of the installations.
We feel at home in projects with a complex organizational structure and know our way around this. In the process we control and monitor the deliveries and communicate about this. As a result, our client knows exactly where he is and it is possible to realize specific customer wishes even at a late stage.
